Hi I will spend summer 2007 in London and I wish to know where can I find decent flats in London. Do you know a site or agency that can help me?

In London! Do a search on the net, you should at least find an agent!
There are loads of agencies, Foxtons have branches everywhere, the Evening Standard (must have a website) have a flats to let section and they often advertise agencies. The paper Loot has one too. Don’t go with any agency that wants a handling fee up front, the quality of their flats and contracts are not good. Do a net search for “flats for rent in London”, I’m sure you’ll be overwhelmed with the choice.
