I am going to move to London in a few years. I just wanted to get myself straightened out now while I’m in the states. I’m planning on living there my whole life. lol

depends on how long you’re going to stay there.
buy a house though
If you’re planning on staying long term it will be cheaper in the long run to buy a place. However, property in London is VERY expensive to buy. You’re looking at paying around £200,000 (roughly $400,000) for a studio flat so you can imagine that buying a house is going to be ridiculously expensive. Therefore, until you get yourself sorted and can find a bank that’s willing to give you a mortgage it’s probably going to be better to rent (although that too is extortionate…)
