am looking for a 1bedroom flat in anywhere in london, but am looking to pay all of the first 6 months in advance,not just a 6 months contract, where can I find something like this

You surely would be better to put the money in the bank and pay weekly – You get interest in banks by the way
Try the area near Bayswater, and in Edgeware area ( they have loads of flats there too- the shops there sometimes have adverts in the windows or even just ask the shop keepers, they usually know alot about who is renting out. Bayswater is a nice area though.
