Any suggestions about moving to Tokyo?
I want to move to Tokyo next year but I can find only expensive apartments( rent: $1300 or $1500 per month)
Have someone an idea how should I pay for this apartment?
And there is a thing that it makes it harder. I am a musician with a band so I will need money to get a studio or something at least one hour or 2 per week.
I will wait for your suggestions. Thanks.
IS Tokyo safe for white folk?
Can someone explain *Key money* to me?

Wanting to live in tokyo, help?
Isn’t this the most expensive apartment in the world? The rent is $79650 per month?
Would £5000 pounds be enough for a month’s holiday in Japan?
That’s for one person only. And will be staying in Tokyo. Probably August or Septembe. I would perhaps like to rent a short-let apartment (to share with my friend).
£5000= 673,207 yen
£5000= $7, 221 for our US friends
Thanks in advance for any answers.
EDIT. not very frugal at all sadly, my friend is as tight as they come though- so it should balance itself out.
