short term apartment new york

I’m thinking of moving to New York City for the summer only! And I don’t know the best way to go about it. I’m not sure if renting an apartment is a good idea, Because some wont allow short term leases. In my case, I would be living there 3 months and then returning home for school. Are there any affordable vacation apartments in the city ? Also, furnished? And where are the nice, upscale, areas of the city? I’m not looking to live in some trash dump lol.

thanks in advance!!(=

Accommodation in Japan?

rent apartment tokyo

I am looking to travel to Japan in the near future; particularly Tokyo and Osaka.

I do not have any family and my friends can not accommodate me due to the size of their residence.

I am pretty familiar with some options such as love hotels, capsule hotels, hostels, etc as cheap accommodation choices.

However, I am looking for something a bit more suitable for me or cheaper.

I am thinking of staying for like a month or so in each area so a really small, cheap apartment which I can keep my luggage and such which I could rent for the period of time would be an ideal choice.

Does anyone know if this kind of accommodation exists?

Thanks in advance.

rent new york apartment

I currently live in a rent stabilized apartment and the building owner is converting the apartments into co-ops….

My understanding is that they cannot kick me out unless I voluntarily move out..

Is this true?

Many thanks in advance for your help!

rent apartment tokyo

That’s for one person only. And will be staying in Tokyo. Probably August or Septembe. I would perhaps like to rent a short-let apartment (to share with my friend).

£5000= 673,207 yen
£5000= $7, 221 for our US friends ;-)

Thanks in advance for any answers.
MP btw I wasn’t the one that gave you the thumbs down. Thanks for the answer.

which is the cheapest way to rent a flat in London?

rent london flat

I was looking at agents like Foxtons etc, but their prices are really high.

Is there a way to find a cheaper flat for rent in London, for example newspaper ads?

What would you suggest?

Thanks in advance.
