Hi I will spend summer 2007 in London and I wish to know where can I find decent flats in London. Do you know a site or agency that can help me?

I mean, are electricity, heating and water bills inclusive in the weekly rent?

Which bills aren’t included?

I am looking to relocate to London, but every time I google search for appartments for rent I get a million sites for short term rentals but very few for long term . . . and the few that have long term rentals have very few listings. Any help with this would be great. Thanks!
