Is there any alternative for me to do this?

i want to go to uni in London so i would like to kjnow how much would it cost just to live somewhere
I am planning to go to Imperial!

And somehow it is the only uni which does the course that I want – aeronautics engineering
how the hell do u all know how much money I have got

i just want to know how much would it cost not why it would be sooooooooooooooo expencive 4 me

I currently live in tottenham, i need a 2 bedroom flat not more than 700 to 750 pounds per calendar month.

If it’s going to be difficult, what’s your suggestion? Will it solve the problem if I pay the rent… hmm let’s say the first couple of months in advance?

i’m going to Paris at the end of Aug, because i will be studying fashion there and will stay for a year, but….. i’m still searching the available flat or room in Paris….
i’m worrying about if i couldn’t find a place …..

I’m earning about £21000 a year and planning to find a flat in central/north London. I’ve seen a couple of them around £220 a week but that represents 50% of my monthly income (21000/12 = 1750 ; 1750*0.5 = 875 per month for rent). Is 50% to much.. would I still have enough money for food, council tax, transportation, etc?

Do you know of any “cost of living” calculator online to guide me through the usual expenses of a household and see what would be left from the income .. if any.

I’m moving from Glasgow to London next year but everywhere is so dear, roughly £800 a month to rent a flat, whereas here it’s roughly £400/£500 for a 2 bedroom flat. Anyone know any areas that let out flats for roughly the same amount as it is up here?

I am going to be in London for MA studies at Goldsmiths starting in Sept, and would like to find an affordable but SAFE neighbourhood to live in , near Zone 1 or 2, with good transportation to Goldsmiths in New Cross. I’d prefer an area with things to do/see/ shop on nearby streets. Any suggestions as to streets or areas to look in? Places to avoid? Proximity to Goldsmiths is not of high importance as proximity to bars and central..though I don’t want to be more than a 45 min commute to class! thanks!
