Is an independent 17 year old allowed to book a hotel/rent an apartment in New York (coming from London)?
I want to visit New York as I intend on living there in the future, I currently live on my own in London and was wondering would I be able to book a hotel in New York as i know most places require you to be 18 or over but is there anyway around it or an alternative ?
Also in England I am legally allowed to live on my own, but would I legally be able to go to New York and stay there for around 3-6 months and get a job and rent an apartment or is that not possible .
Thanks

I want to study abroad to Paris France but I have no clue what to expect. I looked it up and it didn’t really help.
I was just wondering where exactly do you stay when you study abroad, do I have to rent an apartment or do I stay on campus? What exactly do we do? How long do we study there? Is Paris safe to wonder alone? I really need help. Any other detail may help.
